Shipping Policy

  • Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart using the Australia post shipping calculator. We ship using 'regular parcel' from Port Melbourne (3207). Packaged bottles weigh 1kg each. More information can be found on the Australia Post website.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Total delivery time is calculated and displayed in the shopping cart.

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Returns Policy

  • All returns and exchanges will be subject to the following policy.
  • • All returns must be accompanied by a valid sales receipt from Donkey Hill Organic Products Pty Ltd.
  • • Failure to provide the original sales receipt (proof of purchase) prohibits DHOP from accepting and processing a return or exchange for any reason . There are no exceptions.
  • • All opened merchandise is subject to manufacturer's explicit warranty and may not be returned to DHOP.
  • • All unopened merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.
  • • Prior to shipping any order back, regardless of product condition, please contact DHOP for a return authorisation.
  • • Returns shipped to DHOP without prior authorisation will not be accepted and no credit will be issued.
  • • Once your return has been authorised, please send your purchase and receipt to DHOP to receive a credit or refund.
  • • For International Orders, DHOP is not responsible for any packages rejected by your country's customs department.
  • • Shipping charges cannot be refunded for any reason.
  • • Order changes and cancellations: We strive for quick order turnaround, so are unable to accommodate changes to an order once it has been placed.
